With limited class sizes (under 4 clients per class), no pole sharing, and frequent private sessions, clients consistently progress and achieve new skills and goals. This dynamic environment ensures flexibility in scheduling to accommodate various work schedules.
What do I wear to my first class?
Shorts, and a tank top is most appropriate. They should be easily rolled up and pulled down
Am I going to be able to pole if I am out of shape?
Yes. You can. Depending on how physically active you are when you begin, It might be advised to begin Pole conditioning to better prepare for dance, so you can get the most out of your pole sessions.
Is There a weight limit on the poles? Yes, 1100 lbs.
Are There payment options available? Yes, We can split up bulk payments on a case by case basis.
How can I prepare for my first class?
Be sure that you have absolutely no lotion or moisturizer on your hands, legs or feet. This will cause you to slip which can be frustrating.
Eat a light meal. Nothing too heavy for a few hours before you are scheduled.
