About scheduling:

With small class sizes (less than 4 clients in a class) no pole sharing, and regular private sessions, Clients are always coming in, leveling up, and advancing with their new skills and goals. This things are ever changing and THATS A GOOD THING! Class times and days vary slightly because of this, we are very flexible and accommodating to suit the demand for different work schedules and availability. What do I wear to my first class? 
Shorts, and a tank top is most appropriate. They should be easily rolled up and pulled down.

Am I going to be able to pole if I am out of shape?
Yes. You can. Depending on how physically active you are when you begin, It might be advised to begin Pole conditioning to better prepare for dance, so you can get the most out of your pole sessions.

Is There a weight limit on the poles? Yes, 1100 lbs.

Are There payment options available? Yes, We can split up bulk payments on a case by case basis.

How can I prepare for my first class?
Be sure that you have absolutely no lotion or moisturizer on your hands, legs or feet. This will cause you to slip which can be frustrating.
Eat a light meal. Nothing too heavy for a few hours before you are scheduled.
