Beginner Options and Packages

All level  dance classes are held throughout the week, Monday - Saturday between 11:30am-8:30pm with the exception of Tuesdays at 7pm (Pole Conditioning) Thursdays at 7pm (Flexibility & Mobility for Dancers) and Saturdays at 5:30, Reserved for alternative Conditioning & Flexibility. These are interchangeable with dance classes at no extra cost.

Theme Night is YOUR night!

The dedication, breakthroughs, persistence, progress and growth that is abundant at DTL merits a celebration!
On the last Friday of every month, 7-8:30, a themed night complete with karaoke, food and drink, games, prizes and giveaways. Photo Ops and discounted packages.
Any attending guests may enjoy for a $20 entry fee.
Free pole to play, practice, or show off new skills and strategies, encourage each other, and meet women in every level of their pole journey.
